Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Copper Grey does not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs, and/or products, after purchase.  Digital purchases are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

  1. Physical product purchases

We have a 7-day return and exchanges Policy.  Any physical product items will need to be returned or exchanged within the 7-day period after purchase for a full money back guarantee.  For the guarantee to be enforceable on any physical products, an inspection will ensue as all product/s returned will need to be unused, and in the same condition as is was received. 

Once the inspection has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.    

In the event that there are any damages to the product/s, please contact us immediately to discuss a replacement or refund should the damage not be done by yourself.

  1. Digital purchases

No refunds will be issued for any digital purchases, all sales are be considered final.  Should there be an issue with your digital purchase please let us know for further evaluation and review at: penny@coppergreystudio.com.

  1. Shipping

Once the shipping process has begun, we cannot change, amend or add any items to your order or change the original shipping address supplied.

Copper Grey will not be held liable for an incorrect address, unclaimed shipments, undeliverable addresses or any other incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.

In the even that your parcel is undeliverable, and is returned to us, we will be happy to reship the items at your cost.
