In the event that any provision of Copper Grey’s Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The Terms of Service are effective unless, and until, terminated by either you or Copper Grey, this may include the relevant termination of a contractual obligations between yourself and Copper Grey. Should no contractual obligations already exist between the parties, where a set termination or notification of termination has already been agreed between the parties, you may terminate the Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to make use of our services.
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, Copper Grey may terminate any agreements, as soon as relevant, with or without notice, where you will remain liable for all financial amounts outstanding and due up to, and including, the date of termination.
Pricing & Payment
All prices published on our website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the product or service you purchase will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail or quote received from the Company. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes have been published.
Listed prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling, or any other relevant taxes that may be deemed necessary within the Republic of South Africa. You will receive relevant notice of all such taxes and charges by reviewing your merchandise total in your shopping cart, and in your order confirmation e-mail or quote received.
We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. As agreed within our Privacy Policy, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website. In the event that your personal information may change, you hereby agree to promptly update your account and other relevant information, including your email address and credit card details including the relevant expiration dates. Should these details not be provided when required, your transaction through Copper Grey may not be concluded.

Copper Grey reserves the right to modify or discontinue the published products or services on offer, (or any part or content thereof), without notice being given due to operational requirements.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products or services.
Every effort will be made to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible on our Online Store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate to the Copper Grey design that has been published electronically.
All orders must be accepted by Copper Grey before an expectation can be made that the Company will be liable to render any products or services to you, as we reserve the right to decline any orders which will remain within our sole discretion.
After having received your order, Copper Grey will send a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered, or a quote will be issued for approval before any work can be initiated. Acceptance of your order, or quote, will conclude the formation of a contract of sale between Copper Grey and yourself.
In instances where confusion may arise, Copper Grey reserves the right to request a copy of the email confirmation or quote received before any products or services will be deliverable.
Entire Terms of Service
The failure of Copper Grey right to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right/s or provision.
